The first 3 days everything was fine, clean rooms, good equipment (lived in a junior suite) bathrobes, slippers, towels, on request brought a toothbrush, etc. and the view is beautiful ... Near the restaurant, also satisfied, it was very tasty, the prices are normal, the service is also excellent! Breakfasts also want to note the wonderful👍✔, a large selection of fruits and sweets, really everything is delicious ... only the coffee from the machine is not delicious. Then something went wrong In the restaurant (as we were later told, the change / cook changed) the food was different in taste and it was immediately clear ... not for the better 😔 it is written that they bring it to the room, but in fact you had to pick it up from the restaurant (go through street) Sauna ... well, it would be better not to sell it and not to show it at all, it spoiled all the impressions. Absolutely does not correspond to the level of such a good hotel. As good as the rooms and the restaurant, so awful sauna ... I do not recommend the sauna! We decided to extend our stay for another day ... and that's where it started ... we were given lower category rooms at a higher price ... after our clarifications, the difference was returned, but we didn't apologize😔 Overall the hotel is good, I would recommend it to my friends, but be careful, you can count.

Our number 4000 costs for two days, And it looks very simple, a small room with a window without a view of the mountains, which are so shown on the site, we are very disappointed. When asked to change the room, they said that everything is busy. Be sure to ask for a photo of your room, because it seems to me that there are only normal suites 🤨, the room is uncomfortable and very stuffy, no air conditioning. We expect a good rest, but definitely not in this room. We will not come here again for sure!

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. If you want a kettle you need to ask at the reception. The breakfast is very good however you need to hurry if you want to get some. Recomand to go early. The restaurant has great food with good prices. Use Google translate, to read the menus, the food is well cooked, tasty and looks yummy. Location only 4 stars, as you need to walk around 15 min to ski slopes.

In my opinion, with room rates above average, the absence of such bath accessories is redneck Clothes and shoes to dry, except on a small battery in the room, nowhere The pool is ridiculously small and closed during the winter Would I return to this hotel again?
